Hotel Le Saint Patrice - Bayeux

We had a lovely stay! The late check-in instructions were super helpful, and the location near the Saturday market is perfect. Our room was clean and comfy-even got switched to a ground floor one when they saw our luggage. Breakfast was decent, though a bit pricey.

Getting a parking space in front can be a gamble!!! WiFi access disappointingly poor, and not having a kettle in the room is a letdown!!!

Our stay felt marred by several inconveniences. The noise from the ground floor made it hard to sleep, as we could hear every footstep from the room above us. Getting breakfast was a hassle. There were very few pre-cooked options, which left much to be desired. We encountered a dispute about breakfast charges upon checkout, despite feeling the quality did not warrant the price we were being asked to pay.

We loved staying in the old 18th-century building. The hotel features a beautifully renovated stable area that is quite unique. Breakfast was a delight, especially being able to boil eggs to our liking. The city view from the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

we had such a great time walking from the hotel to nearby attractions like the British Military Cemetery and the Botanical Garden, both within easy reach for leisurely strolls in this charming city.

Limited bathroom hooks detracted from convenience, and there were no complimentary tea or coffee resources in the room, only downstairs for a charge. The nearby free parking option is a plus.

The Double Room was nice and spacious, with a cool towel warmer. It felt clean and well maintained. The owners really cared about the place, and it showed! It's super convenient too-only a short walk to downtown and a supermarket nearby. While the room overlooked the road, it stayed pretty quiet with the windows closed. Just wish the WiFi wasn't such a hassle to get working in there.
